Intensive research and development on financial service related products (Agent Banking, Mobile Banking, Payment Services, Etc.).
Design the product according to the regulator guideline, current business standard and customer need.
Preparation of necessary documents for any kind of licensing.
Prepare detail Business Requirement Document for the developers.
Involve directly with developers to ensure the quality of the product during the whole development life cycle.
Prepare operational process flows, diagrams, training materials and other related documents of the products.
Build strong rapport with the key players of the industry.
Monitor and evaluate products’ performance and always keep on updating it.

Working with Agent Banking Solution, Mobile Banking and Payment Services for at least 3 years is a must.
Proven experience in developing/ designing financial service related products (Agent Banking, Mobile Banking, Payment Services, Etc.).
Project management experience will be a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (both Bengali & English) and ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of people and subject matter experts.
Must be a team player.
Have a good business awareness and ethics.
Self-motivated and target oriented.
